last tuesday i went the premier of miranda july's new feature film, the future, at the royal cinema. it was everything i wanted and more (and possibly influenced my decision to keep my current "foster" cat).  she did a q & a after the film and i have to say she is just how i imagined her to be - genuine, honest and hilarious.  she is bff material, like if she wasn't famous, and we both lived in the same country and all that.
